Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable

All subscription payments made to SnipeXTrade are final and non-refundable. By activating a subscription, you acknowledge that the subscription fee is immediately transferred on-chain and cannot be reversed. This is inherent to blockchain transactions — once confirmed on the Solana network, transactions cannot be undone.

2. Platform Error Exception

If you were charged a subscription fee due to a verified technical error on our part — such as a double charge or a charge when your subscription was already active — we will investigate and issue a credit toward your next subscription period. We do not issue on-chain refunds but will compensate with an equivalent free subscription period.

3. Trading Losses Are Not Refundable

Losses incurred from trades executed by the AI bot are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Cryptocurrency trading involves risk and losses are a normal part of trading. We do not compensate users for trading losses regardless of the circumstances.

4. Withdrawal Fees

The platform withdrawal fee deducted from each withdrawal is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of processing your withdrawal transaction on the Solana network.

5. How to Request a Review

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to a platform error, contact us through our support channels within 7 days of the charge. Provide your wallet address and the transaction signature of the disputed charge. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

6. Free Subscription Compensation

At our sole discretion, we may offer free subscription periods as compensation for verified platform issues, extended downtime, or other service disruptions. These are granted as goodwill gestures and do not constitute an admission of liability.
