1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use SnipeXTrade: your Solana or EVM wallet address (used as your account identifier), your internal trading wallet public address, trade history including token addresses, amounts, and timestamps, subscription payment records, and bot configuration preferences. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it for support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the Platform — to execute trades on your behalf, process subscription payments, display your trade history and portfolio, enforce daily trade limits, and maintain platform security. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Platform.

3. Private Key Storage

Your internal wallet private key is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. The encryption key is stored separately as an environment variable and is never logged or exposed. We take every reasonable measure to protect your private key, however we strongly recommend saving your private key yourself during onboarding as an additional safeguard.

4. Data We Do Not Sell

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data or wallet information with any third party for commercial purposes. Your wallet address and trading data belong to you.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform: MongoDB Atlas for database storage, Helius for Solana RPC access, Moralis for token data, CoinGecko for price data, Jupiter and SolanaTracker for trade execution, OpenRouter for AI analysis, and Vercel and Railway for hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing data they process.

6. Blockchain Transparency

All on-chain transactions executed by the bot are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not something we control. Your internal wallet address and all transactions from it are publicly viewable on Solscan and similar blockchain explorers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your trade history and account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us through our support channels and we will remove your account data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data, rate limiting on all API endpoints, CORS restrictions, and input validation. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
