By accessing or using SnipeXTrade ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use SnipeXTrade.
2. No Financial Advice
SnipeXTrade is an automated trading tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions made by the AI bot are algorithmic in nature and do not constitute professional financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
3. No Profit Guarantee
SnipeXTrade does not guarantee any profits, returns, or positive outcomes from using the Platform. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of the bot does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. By using this Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all trading activity conducted through your account, including trades executed by the AI bot on your behalf. You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys, wallet credentials, and account access. SnipeXTrade is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or failure to secure your private keys.
5. Subscription and Payments
Access to the AI trading bot requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in SOL from your internal wallet. All payments are final and non-refundable unless the Platform is found to be materially defective due to our error. Subscription prices may change with prior notice.
6. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. SnipeXTrade may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, market conditions, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses incurred due to Platform downtime or technical failures.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use SnipeXTrade for any unlawful purpose, to manipulate markets, to engage in wash trading or other forms of market manipulation, to circumvent any technical measures, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnipeXTrade and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you retain the right to withdraw any remaining funds from your internal wallet.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
